On Reddit, users post content to communities where their posts are relevant and on-topic. However, often a post can be relevant to multiple communities. In that case, a user can use Reddit’s crosspost feature to share their post in multiple communities.

It was discovered that users on the web crosspost 25% less than those on the native apps. I was requested to audit the feature on mobile and web to identify content opportunities within the crossposting user flow that will help increase use of the crossposting feature on the web version of Reddit.
